CAMPAIGN MANAGER - CASINO
We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven Campaign Manager (Casino) to join our growing CRM Team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing casino campaigns across multiple brands and markets.
Your goal will be to create engaging player experiences that drive retention, reactivation, and overall revenue growth.
Job responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly casino campaigns across multiple markets.
- Coordinate with Design, Content, and VIP teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (deposit rate, conversion, engagement, and retention).
- Collaborate with BI and Product teams to define segments and measure impact.
- Work closely with CRM Executives to automate and optimize campaign flows.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Identify new opportunities for player engagement, cross-sell, and reactivation.
- Participate in A/B testing and reporting to improve communication efficiency.
Our expectations:
- 2+ years of experience in Casino marketing or CRM campaign management (preferably in iGaming).
- Strong understanding of player lifecycle and casino products (slots, live casino, etc.).
- Confident in working with CRM tools (Optimove or similar).
- Analytical mindset – comfortable with KPIs, reports, and Excel/BI tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Bulgarian language is a strong plus.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
