We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our team and help with research, analytical
and various other product development projects. We appreciate designers who think
in systems, are keen to validate their work with data, and are willing to grow together
with the team.

YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO:

• Translating business needs into effective design flows.
• Running stakeholder meetings and conducting requirement gathering activities.
• Conducting a variety of generative research, e.g. contextual interview, observation sessions, qualitative surveys, etc.
• By recruiting user base for research (when applicable).
• Enabling development and insights by effectively communicating research findings in a variety of ways.
• Creating prototypes with advanced interactions, covering a wider range of scenarios.
• Overall documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years work experience in the field of UX research and/or UX design.
• Ability to work with quantitative research (web analytics data, other team collected data, research reports from 3rd parties, etc).
• Portfolio to showcase your achievements and thinking process.
• Previous experience working in Figma.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology, especially with respect to product design.
