REPORT DEVELOPER
We’re looking for a Report Developer to turn data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the NCE region. You’ll build robust reporting assets, maintain reliable schedules, and ensure decision-makers can trust what they see.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop high-quality Power BI dashboards and visuals.
- Produce ad-hoc/manual reports for business requests with fast, accurate turnaround.
- Create, maintain, and schedule recurring reports and alerts.
- Monitor report pipelines/jobs, troubleshoot issues, and proactively improve reliability.
- Partner with data engineering/analytics to standardize definitions and improve data
quality
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and stress resistance and must have the following skills:
- SQL expert, with strong experience using Python and/or R for complex queries, data prep, and statistical models.
- Advanced Excel and solid data-modelling fundamentals.
- Proven Power BI data visualization skills (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning).
- Experience with dbt, GitHub (or similar), and an understanding of ETL/ELT best
practices. - Strong problem-solving skills. Able to simplify complexity into clear, actionable
insights. - High standards for accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
- Confident communication and presentation skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English
