OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / HR ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office Administration:
Handle incoming correspondence and office guests.
Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the workspace is tidy and functional.
Coordinate travel arrangements, and organise internal team events.
HR Support:
Support the new hire onboarding experience, from preparing workstations to conducting initial orientations.
Maintain digital and physical employee files, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Help execute employee engagement initiatives - wellbeing, team buildings etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good organisational skills and meticulous attention to details.
Lithuanian language in native level (written and verbal), upper intermediate English language.
Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
A strong desire to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.
