As our Product Compliance Specialist, you will serve as the essential link between legal requirements and technical execution. You won’t just be identifying rules; you will be assisting in designing the systems that enforce them, ensuring our player experience is as seamless as it is secure.

Regulatory Engineering:

• Interpret gambling laws and regulations (General, Product, RG, AML/CFT areas) into clear, actionable requirements for the Technical team.

• Stay ahead of upcoming legislative changes and proactively adapt platform features before new laws come into effect

• Act as the subject matter expert advising the Product team on what is legally permissible when designing new player flows, payment flows, promotions and other product features

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee integrations with third party compliance tools (identity verifications, national self-exclusion databases, ongoing monitoring tools)

• Audit of implementations and integrations for assessing current health and compliance with new regulations

• Review and design user journeys for registration, KYC/CDD, and RG interventions, specifically aiming to reduce “player friction” while maintaining high security.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2+ years in a compliance-centric role (Product, Technical, or Legal Compliance) within the iGaming, Fintech, or RegTech sectors.

• Regulatory Knowledge: A deep interest in—or existing knowledge of—global gambling regulations, GDPR/Data Privacy, and technical compliance standards.

• Problem-Solving: Highly analytical with the ability to foresee how a minor regulatory change impacts the broader technical ecosystem.

• Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development, API integrations, database logic

• UX/Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to balance strict legal mandates with commercial goals and a smooth user experience.

• Tools: Proficiency with product management software (Jira, Confluence), diagramming tools for mapping user journeys, and basic data analysis tools.
